For this role we are looking for someone who can design and facilitate culture and behaviour change projects within timescales and budgets. The work will involve designing and facilitating behaviour change and team workshops, culture events, and brainstorming sessions; and designing and launching toolkits. You will also help to coach and mentor the culture team to build their knowledge.
We are ideally looking for someone with strong mid-level experience (c5 years). You will have a track record of providing advice and direction (with senior support) to clients, and managing others to ensure effective and impactful execution.
You will be supported by a broader global network of our change and communications experts, providing you with strategic support as and when needed.
