Overview

As the Marketing Content & Social Media Specialist, you will have the opportunity to develop strategic, creative, tactical and project management skills as you help to build the Daggerwing Group brand, strengthening awareness of our people and differences, and support activities that generate new leads and win new Fortune 500 clients globally. In this role you will help to write, edit, and publish thought leadership on a weekly basis, develop paid and organic campaigns for social media to reach both prospective clients and employees, guide development of video content, manage and produce the podcast content, and help to project manage various marketing initiatives such as events and conferences, advertising, and speaking opportunities.

Your Opportunity

• Conceptualize, produce, edit, and publish high-quality thought leadership articles and videos for DoChangeRight.com

• Manage and produce podcast episodes for Change@Work – Daggerwing Group’s podcast about the people-side of work

• Develop and manage the editorial calendar, ensuring a balance in content mediums, culture content and content for prospective clients

• Manage the Daggerwing Group social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn) to amplify content, aid recruiting and increase overall brand awareness; providing recommendations to boost higher performance

• Produce quarterly email marketing campaigns

• Perform ongoing market analysis and research on consulting competition – including tracking and reviewing marketing and branding tactics of competitors

• Assist with marketing outreach to ensure new content reaches the right networks as well as working with our teams to sure they share content with their networks

• Help to pull together materials, develop slide decks, handle logistics and provide general support on upcoming conferences and speaking events

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in marketing, including events, digital and social marketing strategy, and tactical execution

• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively relay information accurately for internal audiences

• Ability to write and edit messages and longer-form story-telling content for publication

• Meticulous attention to detail in developing marketing materials and proofreading content

• Creative problem solving and conceptual thinking skills

• Possesses project management skills and has strong organizational skills

• Experience with HubSpot a plus
