We’re looking for a Resource Manager to join our growing North America team.


As the team Resource Manager, you will help strategically allocate work across a multi-disciplined team in a dynamic environment. You are an exceptional communicator, process driven, and a ‘super organizer.’ You are able to assess others’ skillsets and bandwidth accurately. This role will be focused on creating and maintaining order within client teams
and create team mixes that are right sized for custom client projects keeping team members properly utilized and not overtaxed – ideally creating room for best work outputs. We want someone who has a detail oriented and practical approach, not just putting ‘bodies on projects’, but someone who seeks to gain intimate knowledge of the project needs, demands and can help provide solutions that meet client and team demands. Must be relationship oriented and curious to understand roles within team and client demands to do the job most effectively.

About the Job

Key Responsibilities


  • Help teams to maintain excellent work quality with exceptional organization and high attention to detail, while working to prioritize changing tasks and deadlines


  • Responsible for maintaining an orderly flow of work through the Creative Department, and possess the ability to work with Creative Directors to ensure the work being delivered is on time and of exceptional quality


  • Communicate to team leadership on resource needs and share recommended processes when developing client project plans


  • Monitor team’s productivity and utilization via our project management software and make recommendations for better efficiency to leadership


  • Understand how a creative team functions and how that applies to consultancy functions, project management procedures, and project dynamics


  • Sourcing and maintaining contact with associates to build a freelance creative network as well as staying on top of industry talent for hires/acquisitions


  • Prioritize workflow within North America team, and understand what projects to prioritize and successfully shift resources as needed to solve project problems efficiently
    and effectively


  • Work closely with new business leads to predict and plan for upcoming requirements


  • Ideal candidate will have a passion in project management and interest in pulling that into the day-day to support other project management leads and ensure good process is being implemented and pulled through all work.


  • Working with project leads and finance team, ensure resource requests match the reality of project budgets to ensure optimal use of resources



  • The ideal candidate has 5-7 years’ experience as a creative manager, resource manager or project manager.
  • Prior experience in agency or creative production environment strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of managing priorities to help your team produce on time and top-notch deliverables for their clients in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and communication skills and the know how to manage multiple personalities with ease—a natural networker and self-motivated individual.
  • Someone who puts the team first and aims to create team success is mandatory.
