Daggerwing Group is seeking a Creative Strategy Lead in our New York office!

About the Job

We’re looking for a Creative Strategist to join our rapidly growing North America team.

As the Creative Strategy Lead, you will inform and lead the front end of the creative process—bridging strategic imperatives on projects and using data and insights to inform big creative ideas. We are looking for someone who is an original thinker, collaborates well and bring a solutions-oriented mindset. This role will be part storyteller, part cultural detective, and 100% creative. We want people who are passionate about great work and come to the table with fresh thinking and perspectives to keep us on our toes.

Job Responsibilities

  • Highly skilled in mining research, the art of storytelling, crafting brilliant insights and bridging these things together to bring bold ideas to life
  • Able to articulate and recommend strategic solutions to client teams in a simple yet sophisticated manner
  • Craft simple and insightful briefs that drive bold work
  • Work alongside consulting change experts and creative teams to help diagnose business problems and create bespoke solutions that are creatively driven
  • Skilled at designing experiences and tools that drive impact and ladder into planned strategies and goals
  • Sharp critical thinking skills
  • Ability to roll up your sleeves and work both independently and cooperatively in a fast-paced environment
  • Work across a variety of clients and industries
  • Proven record of growing accounts and business

The ideal candidate has 8+ years experience in strategy, advertising, marketing, branding, or related fields with strong research, writing, project management, and presentation skills. This person will be creative, resourceful, curious, and independently motivated. Additionally, we are seeking candidates who have been client facing and have experience in client service roles.
