    What Will You be Doing? 

     

    Strategy and Content Development

    • Work collaboratively with a team on projects such as: customer journey mapping, marketing transformation, employee engagement strategies, functional/organizational transformation initiatives, culture change and supporting messages and programs
    • Contribute to the development and articulation of strategy in written and presentation formats
    • Assist in the coordination and preparation of major client meetings and deliverables – this includes overseeing that all the necessary work items are complete, produced and ready for client delivery
    • Attend, transcribe or summarize and pull key insights from interviews with client stakeholders (over the phone or in-person)
    • Review client and third-party research to extract key findings, provide analysis and summarize insights
    • Compile, research and prepare insight reports for clients and internal team (e.g. industry and trend analysis, competitive audits, best practice research)

    Project and Account Management

    • Based on the project plan, lead identifying required tasks, interdependencies, resource constraints, red flags, and develop work back schedules
    • Act as the point person, supporting Project leads including Principals, Associate Principals, Managing Consultant and Senior Consultants to communicate project updates to client(s), arrange meetings and escalate any issues
    • Execute the day-to-day project work for multiple clients. Work with your manager to complete client work, and other times you will play a part in design data-gathering instruments (e.g., focus groups, interview guidelines and surveys) to meet project objective

    Consulting Team Support

    • Participate in internal brainstorming sessions with consulting team
    • Act as a creative liaison, responsible for coordinating with internal creative team on strategy development, presentation and stimuli development
    • Assist consulting team during new business pitch development
    • Proof internal and client-facing documents for content accuracy, spelling, grammar, consistency and recommend changes and edits
    • Provide consistent feedback and ongoing coaching to junior associates to support their growth and development
    • Participate in and support internal events and planning committees

    Qualifications

    Job Requirements

    • Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, International Management, Communications, MBA or comparable experience
    • 1-3 years of relevant work experience
    • General knowledge of business fundamentals, corporate strategy and organizational issues
    • Possesses strong written, verbal communication and personal interaction skills
    • Has creative problem solving and conceptual thinking skills
    • Solid analytical and problem-solving
    • Experience working in a client-oriented, professional services environment
    • Thrives in non-structured and flexible environments
    • Possesses project management skills and is interested in client and account management
    • Has a career interest in consulting
    • Has a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and is open to constructive feedback
    • Strong work ethic, dedicated and self-motivated
    • Prefers a collaborative team work environment, is able to manage others, and is comfortable ‘managing up’
    • Proficient in MAC Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) - we are a MAC friendly environment
    • Comfortable with traveling internationally and has a valid passport
