    Who we are

    Daggerwing is an innovative and creative people and behaviour change management consultancy. We work with a range of clients across multiple sectors both in the UK and worldwide. Our projects can touch on employee engagement, culture change and internal communications, employer branding and organisational design as well as anything in-between. We believe that change comes easier when you understand people; so we put ourselves in our clients’ shoes to make sure we understand it from their point of view.


    What we need

    We are bolstering our team and looking for additional support to boost the growing business. We are looking for someone who can support on programmes for a range of clients, someone who is confident in working with clients and colleagues, can multi task and juggle different demands and is generally all round happy to get stuck in to make sure things get done. As a team we all bring unique experiences and perspectives, and we see this as an opportunity to learn and to challenge each other.


    Who you are

    We are looking for candidates who have some consulting experience; specifically, within people, culture and behaviour change. You could be a generalist and can change your hat to fit anything under this umbrella or a specialist in employee engagement, L&D, internal communications or employer branding that can bring expert insight and knowledge to bespoke client projects.  We are looking for people who excel in any projects they work on and who thrive working at pace on big campaigns that leave a lasting impact. Finally, and most importantly you will be a great cultural fit in our team where everybody has a role to play in shaping our business and everyone contributes to our success.
