This individual will work with our interdisciplinary team of consultants, designers, and digital experts to design and execute experiences that mobilize organizational change. This could include igniting a culture evolution, guiding people through organizational restructuring or process change, helping leaders solve business problems, and helping people unleash their potential. We work with some of the world’s largest brands, as well as up-and-coming companies, to bring human-centered solutions to their most pressing people challenges. Our team and clients span the United States, UK, Singapore and Canada.

At Daggerwing Group, we have a team mindset, and everyone is an essential part of our success. • Fuel connections: be real, be fun, grow
    • Raise the bar: be curious, be brilliant, inspire
    • Make it happen: be bold, be brave, lead

Your role will vary from project to project, but may include:

    • Shaping Daggerwing’s perspective on applying experience design to work experiences and organizational change. We think this is the future for how to truly drive change in organizations. We’ve experimented with it and it’s working.
    • Help drive in the growth of our consultant and creative team by supporting the learning and development in the area of Human Centered Design.
    • Serve as a trusted advisor to our clients and project teams by providing strategic level guidance and coaching.
    • Represent Daggerwing externally through speaking engagements and other thought leadership opportunities to build our brand.
    • Developing experimental approaches for our clients to experiment with new ways of working, leadership and engagement in their organizations.
    • Designing inspiring internal tools, models, programs, or processes that address strategic and organizational issues and foster new ways of working.

    • Individual with approximately 7-10+ years of practical experience in experience and human centered design.
    • Experience in management consulting, human capital consulting, or internal organizational consulting — is a big plus.
    • We seek candidates with a bachelor’s or advanced degree in related fields, including Business Administration, Communications, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Design, HR Management or comparable experience.
    • Significant business, practice and people development experience.
    • Recent experience working in a client-oriented, professional services environment.
    • Must have excellent diagnostic skills and the ability to identify and implement appropriate interventions (using design approaches).
    • Strong communication (including writing, editorial and presentation), personal interaction and persuasion skills required.
    • Solid analytical and problem solving skills combined with a creative mindset.
    • Must be able to efficiently deal with ambiguity and multi-tasking demands.
    • Strong work ethic with a commitment to high quality and service excellence.
    • Position requires travel as needed for new business and project work (generally 30-50%).
